By downloading, installing, and using SparkGrab (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or use the App for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in any activity that would violate applicable laws or regulations
• Not use the App to harm, harass, or exploit others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Comply with all applicable platform policies (Google Play, etc.)

4. Subscription & Payment

• Premium features are available through paid subscriptions
• Payment is processed through Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation is available through your Google Play account settings
• Refunds must be requested through Google Play

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App are owned by SparkGrab, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Google Play, Firebase, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
